Integrations

System integrations so your data is entered once

Most businesses don't have a tool problem. They have a connection problem: the website, CRM, ad platforms, ERP and payment system each hold part of the picture, and people retype data between them. VERTARC builds the integrations that keep them in sync.

What is a system integration?

A system integration is a connection that lets two or more software systems exchange data automatically, usually through APIs (application programming interfaces), webhooks or file transfers. When a record changes in one system, the integration updates the others.

Integrations can be one-way, such as a website form creating a CRM contact, or two-way, such as an order status kept in sync between ERP and CRM. They can use a ready-made connector or custom code. We choose the simplest reliable option and build custom integrations when no connector exists or existing ones aren't reliable enough.

Who integrations are for

  • Teams copying data between systems by hand
  • Businesses whose reports disagree depending on which tool you ask
  • Companies adding a new system that must work with existing ones
  • Marketing teams that can't see which campaigns create revenue

Integrations we build

Lead forms and CRM

Every enquiry lands in the CRM with its source attached, ready for follow-up.

Ad platforms and CRM

Qualified leads and closed deals sent back to ad platforms as conversions where supported.

CRM and ERP

Customers, orders and statuses kept consistent between sales and operations.

Website and payments

Payments, receipts and order records connected to your back office.

AI agents and business systems

Voice agents and automated workflows reading from and writing to your CRM, calendar and records.

Custom APIs, monitoring and error handling

Custom integrations where no connector exists, with logging, retries and alerts so a failed sync is noticed and fixed.

How an integration project works

  1. 01

    Map the data flows

Which system owns which data, and where each piece of information needs to go.

  2. 02

    Choose the method

Ready-made connector, API integration, webhook or file transfer, based on reliability and cost.

  3. 03

    Build and test

Built and tested with realistic data, including failure cases.

  4. 04

    Monitor

Logging and alerts in place so problems are caught early.

Common integration projects

Attributed enquiries

Website enquiries create CRM records with source attribution.

Offline conversions

Closed deals in the CRM sent back to ad platforms to improve reporting and bidding.

Order-triggered workflows

Orders in the ERP triggering invoices and customer updates.

Call summaries

AI voice agent call summaries logged against the right CRM contact.

What to expect

APIs set the limits

What's possible depends on what each system's API exposes, its rate limits and its terms of use.

Systems change

Vendors update their APIs, so integrations need monitoring and occasional maintenance.

Ownership decisions

A single source of truth means deciding which system owns each field.

Least access

We design integrations to use only the access they need.

Integrations FAQ

What is an API integration?

An API integration connects two systems through their application programming interfaces, the official channels software provides for exchanging data. It's the most reliable way to keep systems in sync.

Can you integrate a system that has no API?

Sometimes, through file exports, email parsing or database access. These methods are less robust, so we explain the trade-offs before building.

Should we use a ready-made connector or a custom integration?

Use a ready-made connector when it exists and does the job reliably. Build custom when the connector is missing, too limited or not reliable enough for important data.

What happens when an integration fails?

Well-built integrations log every sync, retry temporary failures and alert someone when something needs attention, so problems are caught early.

Which platforms do you integrate with?

We don't limit ourselves to a fixed list. If a platform offers an API or another reliable way to exchange data, we can usually integrate it, and we confirm feasibility during scoping.
